How does the AI generate my programme?
We use AWS Bedrock with Claude AI, trained on NASM OPT model principles. The AI analyses your goals, fitness level, equipment, schedule, and any injuries to build a fully periodised programme.
Is the nutrition plan safe?
All nutrition plans follow WHO dietary guidelines. We never recommend extreme deficits. However, always consult a registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What equipment do I need?
None! We can generate effective bodyweight-only programmes. During onboarding you tell us exactly what you have access to.
